Job Responsibilities:

To support our growth within the UK and in particular the Construction division. We are now recruiting for a Business Development Manager with proven experience selling electronic security systems.

Person Specification:

We are looking for dedicated sales personnel with a good attention to detail and a minimum of three years Security Systems Industry sales experience. You should know what it takes to work within a busy sales environment, where you will be responsible for aspects such as:

Building and maintaining strong relationships Lead generation Setting your own appointments Using our CRM management system Brand and Marketing awareness using channels such as LinkedIn Quote generation - Including use of a cost model system Tender submissions Security surveys Customer meetings Delivering PowerPoint presentations You will be able to communicate on all levels with prospective customers and colleagues. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience working within a sales environment in the security systems industry. You should have a positive attitude and be determined and resilient, with a keen eye for attention to detail. You will be able to source the correct information from a customer/prospect in order to ensure that you sell them a solution that fulfils their needs. You will have a warm, outgoing, and vibrant personality. You will be confident to work both in a team as well as independently when required
Hours: Office based, Monday-Friday (30 min unpaid lunch break) with the flexibility to work additional hours to fulfil diary appointments and client needs. Salary

:

35,000 plus commission based on experience - OTE 50,000Holiday: 20 days plus statuary bank holidays.
