About the Role:



We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing new opportunities to supply our catalyst products to industrial manufacturers and chemical processors. You'll work closely with the technical team and senior leadership to build a strong customer pipeline and grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively identify and approach potential clients in target sectors (e.g., chemical processing, petrochemicals, environmental technologies). Develop and maintain relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders at customer organizations. Understand customer requirements and communicate technical product benefits clearly and effectively. Support the preparation of technical proposals, sales presentations, and commercial quotes. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, R&D, production) to align solutions with customer needs. Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and generate leads. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience:



2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the chemical, materials, or industrial manufacturing sector. Exposure to technical sales or selling specialized products is highly desirable. A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
