We are looking for a

part-time Business Development Manager

to help drive the next stage of our growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys

telemarketing, outbound calls, and building genuine business relationships

, and who thrives on seeing their efforts turn into real sales opportunities.

The Role



This is a

hands-on outbound sales role

focused on generating and qualifying leads through phone and email outreach. You'll be engaging with businesses that have shown interest in our software as well as identifying new prospects using our tools and data.

Day-to-day, you will:



Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our software and qualify interest. Follow up with prospects who have engaged with our marketing campaigns (email, social media, events, etc.). Build rapport through confident, friendly, and professional conversations--no pressure selling, just honest communication about a great product. Schedule product demonstrations with our in-house experts. Use prospecting and CRM tools to maintain and grow your pipeline. Earn commission on both demos booked and successful deals closed. Assist with the early steps of customer onboarding.
This position is

office-based in Bamber Bridge, Preston

, where you'll work closely with the team and receive full product and sales training.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation (minimum 1 year).

Confident and professional communicator on the phone and in writing. Organised, motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to manage your own pipeline. Interest or background in the

automotive, fleet, or transport

sector is an advantage. Full UK driving licence (occasional customer visits may be required).
