We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with proficiency in CRM software. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance our service offerings.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion. Create and implement strategic business development plans. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent the company.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry. Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive results. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
