We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience within injection moulding and be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales and business development.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and its services.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, in the injection moulding industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
