Business Development Manager - 18 month Fixed Term Contract

Your role with us:

As our Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey, responsible for sourcing and securing high value PCB feedstock from a variety of suppliers. This role is critical in growing our electronic waste intake, directly influencing both supply chain efficiency and profitability. You will identify, develop and manage strategic relationships with ITAD companies, electronic manufacturers, scrap yards, dismantlers and e-waste aggregators to ensure a steady pipeline of high-grade circuit boards.

We are looking for people who have:

A deep understanding of the e-waste, ITAD or scrap trading industries Significant experience in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation and relationship management A track record of successfully scaling feedstock operations and improving supply quality Strong commercial awareness and data driven decision making abilities Experience managing end to end logistics and performance evaluation processes Existing relationships within the electronics recycling or IT asset recovery sectors
