Business Development Manager - Property Lettings & Management

We're DiffeRENT, a family-run property management business with 20 years of operational excellence in HMO management. We're brilliant at what we do - now we need someone brilliant at telling that story.

The Opportunity:

You'll be

leading and building our business development function

from the ground up, with full autonomy to sign up new properties for management across Southampton and other parts of the UK. This is your chance to shape our growth strategy.

What You'll Do:

Prospect and approach property owners/landlords Present our management services and convert leads Build lasting relationships with property owners and industry contacts Achieve monthly sign-up targets

What We're Looking For:

3+ years' proven experience signing properties for lettings/management Track record you can demonstrate with examples Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-starter who thrives with autonomy Knowledge of UK property management market

What We Offer:

15/hour + 20% commission on first-month management fees Fully remote, flexible hours Two-week trial (4 hours/day initially)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
