Our collections include fine jewellery, silk & cashmere lifestyle pieces, and handcrafted wool creations, all built on the belief that authentic products should originate from their true source. We bring the finest Asian materials and craftsmanship to the UK market, reinterpret through a European design lens, and will showcase this cultural fusion in our upcoming London flagship store.

As we enter a new stage of growth in the UK, the ability to effectively bridge our Asian supply networks with our UK retail and distribution strategy is essential. We are therefore seeking a

Business Development Manager

who can support our expansion across both B2B and B2C channels, strengthen our presence in the UK market, and facilitate cross-cultural collaboration with our artisan partners and suppliers in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, organise and undertake market research to better promote and articulate how our products blend Asian artistry with UK design trends, grounded in the refined lifestyle concept of high-quality materials and authentic craftsmanship.? Liaise with senior staff, Asian artisan studios, and raw material suppliers to determine the range of products to be sold in the UK market and contribute to the development of sales strategies and sales targets.? Engage with UK customers, boutiques, gifting partners, and retail buyers to understand client requirements and support both B2B and B2C business development.? Maintain relationships with returning clients, introduce additional bespoke offerings, and develop new client relationships to support long-term business growth.? Contribute to UK retail planning for the upcoming London flagship store.? Keep up to date with products and competitors.?

Skill, experience and qualification required: ?



Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in business development, sales management, or account management within the luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle goods industry.? Demonstrated ability to manage B2B and B2C client accounts.? Fluent in English. Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous for supplier communication. Strong understanding of Asian-origin materials, particularly silk, cashmere, gemstones, or handcrafted textiles, and familiarity with associated quality standards.? Experience working with international suppliers, preferably across Asia, including coordination of production, sourcing, and product development.? Relevant qualifications are preferable.?
