Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm as a Business Development Manager, this role has a focus on working closely with the fee earners to develop a go to market Business Development plan.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver growth initiatives aligned with the firm's strategic plan
  • Identify and pursue new business and cross-selling opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and intermediaries
  • Lead BD campaigns, events, and market engagement activities
  • Coach stakeholders on business development strategy and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to amplify impact
Skills & Experience
  • Proven business development success in commercial or professional services environments
  • Strong understanding of UK corporate, mid-market, and SME sectors
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and execution ability
  • Skilled in CRM systems, project management, and digital tools
