Business Development Manager

About the Role: As BDM, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to propel our company's growth. Your proactive approach and keen understanding of our services will enable you to successfully meet and exceed sales targets.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and Analyse - Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients, create a pipeline, and maintain it through effective lead generation.
Assess Client Needs - Understand client pain points and match them with Gungho's offerings for tailored solutions.
Present and Propose - Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to communicate the value of partnering with Gungho.
Negotiate and Close - Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to securing contracts and onboarding new clients.
Pipeline Management - Utilise Salesforce to keep track of all sales activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate Across Teams - Work with marketing and operations to align sales efforts with business goals.
Stay Informed - Keep up with industry trends to position Gungho as a leader in lead generation solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience selling service solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
Managing or adapting to change, pace, strategic direction.
Ability to analyse market data and convert insights into actionable sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
