We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development professional to join our team on a freelance basis, working around 10-20 hours per week.

As our Business Development Manager you will head up sales and generate leads for new business. A strong communicator, you will book calls with potential new clients and showcase the expertise and service We Are SNS can offer. Our senior management team will close and do the rest.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate qualified leads for new business opportunities across social media, influencer marketing, and content creation. Reach out to potential clients via outbound outreach such as, emails, LinkedIn and networking to introduce SNS and its services. Book discovery calls with prospective clients. Collaborate closely with the senior team, who will manage the proposal and pitch process Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline and activity updates. Stay up to date with industry trends to spot opportunities for new client acquisition.

Skills & Experience



Proven track record in B2B sales and business development (agency experience desirable but not essential). Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently on a freelance basis. Organised, proactive, and confident in managing your own pipeline. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media and influencer marketing sectors is a plus.
