The Role
We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running - building relationships, winning new business, and helping Harry James Group grow in the renewable energy sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and developing new client partnerships within renewable energy.
Leveraging your existing knowledge and network in the sector to generate opportunities.
Managing the full business development cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Working closely with Richie and the wider team to deliver ambitious growth plans.
Representing Harry James Group as a trusted partner in the renewable energy recruitment space.
What We're Looking For
Proven background in business development within renewable energy recruitment.
A strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
Confidence in opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals.
A self-starter with the drive to deliver results and the flexibility to work independently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
