Tech requirements:



Proven experience in a similar role within an outsourcing/outstaffing company; At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience; Track record of successfully participating in conferences and roadshows in the USA; Willingness to travel and attend international events; Possess a valid US visa; Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written)

What you will do:



Represent the company at international conferences and roadshows in the USA (up to 10 business trips per year) - building new connections and driving partnerships will be your primary responsibility; Develop strong business relationships with potential clients and convert networking opportunities into cooperation; Test and implement new approaches to client acquisition, bringing fresh ideas to our sales strategy.
