We are an exciting start up and the UK's fastest growing franchisor of virtual brands. We partner with Halal food operators to use their kitchen capacity to increase their sales and profitability by selling our brands on delivery platforms within their area.
To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Business Development team. Reporting into our founding Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth by recruiting food operators to become Dish'd franchise partners.
What You'll Do
Be the face of the business in your region, building trusted relationships with food operators and representing our halal brands with credibility.
Gather competitor intelligence and share insights to shape business strategy.
Manage your pipeline end-to-end: pitch our model, build relationships, and close deals via calls, face-to-face meetings, and virtual presentations.
Play a key role in shaping how we scale in new communities, supporting wider commercial and operational initiatives as the business grows.
Recruit halal food operators (restaurants, takeaways, and dark kitchens) through warm leads, cold outreach, networking, and multi-channel marketing.
Sign and onboard 2+ new franchise partners per month once fully onboarded, with a consistent pipeline conversion rate.
Use our CRM to manage leads and give visibility to the wider team of your progress.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for partners.
