About the Role





Reporting to the Director of Workwear Sales, we are looking for an ambitious

Business Development Manager

to drive CLEAN Workwear's growth across key regions and sectors. This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you'll lead the charge in winning new business, shaping regional sales strategy, and mentoring a dynamic sales team.



You'll take full ownership of your market -- building strategic partnerships, negotiating major opportunities, and ensuring CLEAN delivers outstanding value and service to every customer.




Your new role




Delivering and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual new business targets (400k+ revenue); Developing and executing a regional/sector sales plan aligned with CLEAN's strategic goals; Leading prospecting, proposals, and high-value contract negotiations; Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers; Supporting and coaching Business Development Consultants and Executives to achieve their goals; Maintaining a robust, accurate pipeline and forecasts using the company CRM; Collaborating closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding and contract delivery; Representing CLEAN at trade events, networking functions, and strategic meetings.

About You





You're a driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You combine commercial acumen with excellent relationship-building skills and have a genuine passion for delivering growth.


Essential:




3-5 years' proven B2B new business experience, ideally in a service-led environment. Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. Demonstrable success delivering against stretch targets. Commercially astute with the ability to spot and close opportunities. Experience mentoring or coaching sales team members. Full driving licence. Proof of Right to Work in the UK.

Desirable:




Experience within the workwear, facilities management, or related sectors. Sales or business development qualifications.
