Salary - 25,000 > 30,000 based on experience plus performance-based bonus. Regular company incentives.
Altus Safety is a leading, national, working-at-height subcontractor specialising in permanent roof access & fall protection equipment.
As part of the Testing & Inspection Sales team, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new sales to grow our existing customer base.
This is a business-to-business role selling into facility management and property management companies, councils, multi-site end users as well as large single sites such as universities.

Responsibilities:
Qualifying incoming enquiries, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs.
Building new relationships with new clients by prospecting.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
Sourcing, completing, and submitting new tender opportunities.
Conducting sales meetings with new and existing customers.
Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
Pipeline management using sales CRM.
Processing sales to Altus Safety's projects team for implementation.
Work closely with a team of project coordinators to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the testing and inspection head of department.
