We're on the hunt for a

Branch Development Manager

to join our

Frazer

team.


Frazer is a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions and we are seeking individuals who are as passionate about great service as we are.

Home based with frequent travel (approx. travel 3 days per week).


Key Responsibilities

:


Drive growth in the Power & Telecoms sector across the South of England. Build lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, DNOs, and Tier 1 clients. Spot and secure new project opportunities with our civils solutions. Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and training. Represent the business at client meetings, events, and trade shows.

Required Skills and Experience



Proven sales or business development experience in civils, utilities, or power infrastructure ideally. Strong technical knowledge of Power & Telecoms products and applications. Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills. Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable working independently. Flexible to travel across the South of England.
