Are you a natural sales closer, brilliant at building relationships and hungry to grow your own pipeline?

Office Bridge Group is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive, well-connected Business Development Manager to join our ambitious team.

This is a role for a confident, self motivated and driven individual who thrives on new business development, is motivated by results, and can build long-term customer relationships that generate consistent, high-value sales.

About the Role



You'll be responsible for identifying and winning new business across the North West, focusing on SMEs and multi-site organisations. This role is 75% focused on new business acquisition through research, outreach activity, networking, referrals, and in-person engagement and 25% account management, growing spend across our full range of services.

You'll report directly to the Sales Director and play a key role in driving our next phase of growth.

What You'll Be Doing



Prospecting and researching key sectors and businesses to include making introductory calls, door knocking and leveraging LinkedIn Creating your own sales pipeline through proactive outreach Growing your network via LinkedIn and local networking events Meeting potential clients (virtually and in person) to understand their needs Selling across our product and service range including office products, office furniture, print, workwear, hygiene supplies, and managed services Onboarding new clients and developing long-term relationships Identifying upsell opportunities and increasing client spend Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets Maintaining accurate activity records and sales performance in our CRM

What We're Looking For



2+ years in a B2B business development or sales role Industry experience in office products, workplace supplies or business services is a bonus A self-starter who takes initiative and owns their pipeline A confident communicator who loves connecting with people Comfortable working to targets and thriving in a performance-driven environment Strong LinkedIn presence and networking ability Experience using CRM systems to track activity and progress
