Cube Purple is excited to be hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our innovative SaaS platforms, FireArrest (fire safety compliance) and ClockedIn (time and workforce management) along with our other brands. This is a brand-new role created to support continued expansion within the Healthcare, Construction, Passive Fire Protection and FMCG sectors.
We're looking for a commercially driven individual to build strong prospect relationships, manage the top of the sales funnel, and convert leads into opportunities. You'll be joining a collaborative team where your input is valued and your career growth is supported.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify and engage potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, social media and inbound leads
Set up and coordinate product demos and discovery meetings
Research target sectors and key accounts using tools like LinkedIn
Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, with notes and progression milestones
Work closely with our product and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
Use insight-led, consultative sales techniques to challenge client assumptions and introduce better solutions
Occasionally travel to client meetings and industry events as required
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years' experience in B2B business development, sales development, or inside sales (ideally SaaS or vertical software)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs
Familiar with multi-channel prospecting strategies and tools
Skilled in tailoring messaging for various decision-makers (technical and commercial)
Confident communicator, strong written and verbal sales style
Familiarity with structured sales approaches
Commercially savvy - understands buying signals, ROI, and customer value
Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working independently
Must have the independent right to work in the UK
