About Us Greenmile Networks is an ambitious, sustainability-focused logistics and fulfilment provider. With our brand-new hub in London, we're building an agile, tech-enabled operation to serve clients across e-commerce, creative industries, and green tech sectors.

The Role We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, winning business, and driving growth.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing prospects, and closing deals across logistics, fulfilment, and sustainable last-mile delivery. Success in this role will directly contribute to the launch and scale of our London hub.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.

Build strong relationships with SMEs, e-commerce brands, and creative/tech clients.

Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring smooth handover to operations.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts in HubSpot CRM.

Represent Greenmile Networks at industry events and networking opportunities.

Collaborate with leadership to refine value propositions and growth strategy.

Person Specification - What We're Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience (logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, sustainability or related sector preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of or willingness to learn AI-powered sales tools and HubSpot CRM.

Agile, adaptive mindset - able to pivot strategies quickly and think creatively to spot opportunities.

Entrepreneurial flair with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas.
Skills in marketing and social media presence are preferred -- the ability to represent the business online, create visibility, and support lead generation through digital channels will be highly valued.
