What You'll Do:

Proactively hunt for new projects and clients that fit our business model. Generate opportunities through calls, messages, networking, and knocking on doors if needed. Secure meetings, pitch our services, and represent the company with confidence. Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Develop a pipeline of qualified leads and feed them through to the estimating team. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to grow the business and outpace competitors.

What We're Looking For:

A natural sales hunter - persistent, resilient, and motivated by results. Experience in business development or sales (construction knowledge a bonus, but not essential). Confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone or chase down a lead. Self-starter with the energy and drive to make things happen. Competitive edge and the determination to exceed targets.
