As a Business Development Manager, you won't just be selling a product - you'll be joining a mission. You'll play a key role in driving growth across both UK and international markets, helping care providers adopt transformative technology, and forging the partnerships that will define the next generation of digital care.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving new business opportunities across home care, supported living, and emerging global markets
Building trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and partners
Leading product demos and discovery calls that highlight our unique impact and innovation
Collaborating with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align messaging and momentum
Creating and managing a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot
Representing Unique IQ at sector events, roundtables, and exhibitions
Identifying and developing strategic partnerships to scale connected care solutions
Feeding back insights from the field to help shape go-to-market strategies and product development
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
A proven track record in SaaS business development or B2B solution sales
Experience (or a strong interest) in health, care, or regulated sectors
A commercial, curious, and consultative approach to selling
Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and a data-driven mindset
Energy, ambition, and a passion for improving lives through technology
