The role:
Youll own your territory working closely with the regional sales team and with the support of an experienced team around you, driving both new business and new products, and expanding existing accounts for our patented products in the commercial construction market. This is a field-based roleexpect to be in the thick of it 80% of the time, building relationships, closing deals, and turning conversations into conversions. Energising both customers and colleagues, you will be force for progressive change.
What you'll be doing:
Project selling to agreed managed and targeted accounts
Managing existing OEM accounts
Driving the commodities to the distribution market
Delivering technical product presentations and onsite training
Managing your territory like a business ownerwith full autonomy and our trust
Keeping CRM insights sharp and sales reports smarter
Who you are

Youll also need:
proven success in prospecting and direct sales (MEP/construction experience a bonus)
a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel 80%
fluency in English and the ability to speak the language of impact
