We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client interactions effectively.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute business and sales plans to achieve sales goals and drive growth.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
Identify new clients, build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners, and serve as a primary point of contact.
Market Research & Analysis:
Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities, growth areas, and unmet needs.
Sales & Negotiations:
Conduct meetings with clients, suppliers, advertisers; negotiate and close deals.
Training & Support:
provide on-going product knowledge, sales training, and marketing support to salon staff to help them meet their sales targets.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyse sales data to track performance, identify trends, set goals, and report on progress to management.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Collaborate on marketing strategies, help with promotional activities, and sometimes manage social media to enhance brand presence.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
An ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Strategic Thinking:
Capacity to see the big picture, set objectives, and develop plans to achieve them.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and use insights to inform business strategies.
Product Knowledge:
A good understanding of the business and services offered. A desire to learn at minimum
