Here at Reform Electrical Distributors, we are looking for an individual who will put the customer experience at the forefront of their day. Someone that will go above and beyond day in and day out.

The role involves building a business within a business. You grow and manage your customer base how you feel you can successfully service it best. Using the tools and team available within the branch. You will be developing business across two of Reform's branches, reporting directly into the directors.

You will be paid a base salary but will be heavily incentivised depending on the performance of your business. It's completely uncapped, and your resources will align with how quickly you grow your customer base. You will have all the support required to grow and we won't hold you back.

The ideal candidate will be very driven and approachable, also incredibly organised and reliable. They would have a good understanding of the electrical industry having worked in an electrical wholesaler before.

. 35k-50k Base salary (DOE) - additional uncapped bonus

Responsibilities

- Developing and growing a customer base

- Monday-Thursday F-2-F calls with new and existing customers

- Friday utilised for appointment making, planning and admin

- Securing orders and pipeline

- Contributing to other areas of the business when required

Requirements

- "Can do attitude"

- 2 years wholesale experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Team player- Reliable & organised

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-50,000.00 per year
