We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and have experience with CRM software, including Salesforce, to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.
Duties
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong knowledge of CRM software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively in identifying new opportunities.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
