We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Salesforce software is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base by generating leads through various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
Involve in marketing campaigns and materials to promote the firm's services including creating content for the website, social media and other marketing channels to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in Salesforce software is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for results.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
