Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Business Development Manager to support the smooth running of our busy off-licence shop. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude who can support management while ensuring excellent service standards.

Duties

Support the daily operations of the off-licence shop. Assist management with staff scheduling, stock control, and supplier coordination. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and company policies. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Support management with promotional activities and shop improvements. Take responsibility for developing the business within the Sri Lankan community.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Business Administration or Project Management. Proven experience as an operater or in a similar support role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: 40,000.00-41,800.00 per year
