We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of market trends, enabling them to develop effective strategies that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client relationships, and report on sales activities.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including forecasts and performance metrics.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
