We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Duties
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth across online and wholesale channels.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, B2B accounts, and online marketplaces.
Bild and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas and inform pricing, promotions, and product range decisions.
Oversee online sales platforms, ensuring products are accurately listed, priced competitively, and promoted effectively.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan campaigns, social media promotions, and email outreach to increase brand awareness and sales.
Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management, and recommending improvements.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key clients, suppliers, and distributors.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive business growth.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
