Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team, based in Worthing. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business through strategic planning, relationship building, and the identification of new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development. The role carries a basic salary and uncapped commission on new business.

Duties

Gain a detailed understanding of current service offerings and client diversity. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Collaborate with operational team to ensure alignment on business objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Provide weekly reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management. Provide daily updates on BD activity & prospect channel, and to dicusss pricing options

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry. Strong understanding of managing client relationships and sales processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Role is office based in Worthing but out and about for prospect/client meetings.

Pay: 22,880.00-27,000.00 per year
