Job Description

Nicol Hughes Foodservice have a great new opportunity for Business Development Manager.

As Business Development Manager at Nicol Hughes, you will be responsible for new sales growth with a focus on independent businesses across all sectors of foodservice providers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and build strong customer relationships to maximise revenue opportunities.

Home / Field based covering Wrexham, Shropshire and Staffordshire

Role Essentials



Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and product development, to deliver customised solutions that meet the unique needs of our potential customers. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay informed with market developments and adjust strategies accordingly. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with new accounts to ensure mutual profitability and long-term partnerships.

You must have a real passion for food and the ability to deliver new and innovative food solutions Proven track record of success within Foodservice You will be a dynamic and motivated team player with strong communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive sales and margin growth Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
