We have a vacancy for a Business Development/Valuer for a well established national Estate Agency in Bathgate
Person
Experience of working for an Estate Agency would be beneficial though not essential. You must be success driven and a highly motivated person who enjoys sales and a variety of tasks.
You will be dealing with Sellers and Landlords so you must be presentable and articulate. It is important you hold a clean driving licence and can use your own car for viewings.
Main Objectives
To achieve goals and targets pre agreed with your line manager, operating to the standards required by the company. Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with the public. Maximize opportunities for market appraisals and instructions. Seek to increase office market share and generally promote 'brand awareness'. Maintain and increase agreed fee levels. To operate with the confines of the Housing Act and lettings legislation. To operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies. To set an example for all junior members of staff & mentor as required.
