Job Description

Our client, a well-established liquid waste disposal company with over 45 years of industry experience, is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join their growing team. They are recognized for delivering safe, sustainable, and customer-focused environmental solutions across the UK.



This regional role requires travel as needed, so a full UK driving licence is essential.



What You'll Be Doing:





Identifying and securing new business opportunities with both new and existing clients Building and maintaining strong client relationships Translating client requirements into clear service specifications for operational teams Staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity Analyzing and reporting on sales performance and market opportunities Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements Managing invoicing and ensuring timely payments


What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within the

waste management, utilities, or environmental services sector

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and prioritization abilities Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for sustainability High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
