Job Description

MC13 is a growing civil engineering and utilities contractor working across Hampshire, West Sussex, and beyond. We work with contractors and developers in sectors including groundworks, roadworks, drainage, ducting, and utilities. We also handle domestic projects through our Oltco Resin Driveways division. We are looking for a confident, driven person to help us bring in more clients, grow our network, and keep our sales pipeline moving.

You'll use LinkedIn, phone calls, and networking to connect with contractors, book meetings, and generate sales opportunities. You'll also carry out domestic site visits for resin driveway enquiries, follow up on leads, and make sure opportunities turn into revenue. There will also be some admin tasks to keep projects and sales processes moving.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospect and approach new contractors via LinkedIn, phone, and email Book and attend meetings with commercial clients Conduct domestic site visits for resin driveway customers (training provided) Follow up leads, quotes, and enquiries until they close Build and maintain relationships to secure repeat work Keep track of contacts, opportunities, and progress in CRM/spreadsheets Chase suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for information to keep projects on schedule Assist in preparing quotes and proposals Report weekly on progress, leads, and conversions

What We're Looking For:



Confident, outgoing personality with natural sales ability Comfortable on the phone and face-to-face with decision-makers and homeowners Driven to hit targets and grow earnings Experience in telesales, business development, or construction sales is a bonus but not essential if you're hungry to learn Organised and detail-oriented for follow-up and admin work Full UK driving licence required
