The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at our Ashford office. This is an office based role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to learn quickly by being close to the action.
You will
Prospect, qualify and book meetings with decision makers
Manage outbound campaigns and follow up on inbound leads
Build and maintain a strong pipeline in HubSpot
Understand client pain points and map them to Flowbird solutions
Work closely with the commercial director and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
What Success Looks Like
Consistent achievement of meeting booking and pipeline creation targets
Clean and accurate CRM activity and reporting
Bringing market intelligence back into the business to improve campaigns
About You
You will thrive in this role if you
Live within 15 miles of Ashford Kent, as this role is office based
Have at least one year of experience in BDR, SDR, telesales or similar commercial roles or a strong desire to break into sales
Are resilient and comfortable with rejection and do not take it personally
Communicate with clarity, confidence and energy
Are curious about technology automation and process improvement
Are highly organised and keep your pipeline and CRM spotless
