Job Summary


Are you a driven, curious, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for sales? We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and help generate new business opportunities in the radio communications industry. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients--identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for meaningful customer relationships.

Responsibilities



Research and identify potential business customers using various tools and platforms. Reach out to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to initiate conversations. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed on company products, market trends, and industry developments.

Requirements



1-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role (telecommunications or technology industry a plus). Strong verbal and written communication and mathematical skills. Confident, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging new contacts. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. Interest in technology, especially wireless communications, is a strong plus. Clean UK driving licence (preferred).
