Due to significant growth, we are looking to recruit a highly experienced, engaging Business Development Representative to lead on the development.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Researching target accounts to help inform outreach messaging and approach Compiling prospect lists for target accounts based on relevant personas and job roles Collaborate with Intelligence team to supply rich insights to target accounts / personas Execute outreach campaigns using email, cold calling and LinkedIn messaging from C-level to Manager Develop efficient working processes to effectively utilise time and hit weekly KPIs Record all important touch points to build knowledge of accounts and refine approach Coordinate comprehensive handover to Business Lead ahead of first meeting Feedback refinements to marketing materials and activity

Key Skill and Experience



1 years sales experience:

Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably within the SaaS industry or a similar tech environment.

Lead Generation:

Proven track record in generating and qualifying leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

Cold Outreach Experience:

Experience with crafting compelling cold outreach messages and strategies that yield positive responses.

CRM Tools Proficiency:

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g. HubSpot) to track interactions and manage sales pipeline and activity.

Collaboration:

Experience working collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and share insights.

Metrics-Driven Approach:

A background in using data and metrics to assess performance and refine strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Communication Skills:

Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication is essential for engaging potential clients.

Relationship Building:

Ability to establish and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, fostering trust and rapport.

Sales Acumen:

Understanding sales processes, techniques, and the ability to identify and qualify leads.

Active Listening:

Being able to listen to prospects' needs and concerns to tailor the approach effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Skill in identifying solutions to meet client needs and addressing objections.

Time Management:

Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to maximize outreach and follow-ups.
