Our client is recruiting a Business Development Representative to support new business activity within the retail sector. The role focuses on generating leads, carrying out outbound outreach, and helping to build early-stage relationships with retail partners.
This is a hybrid position, and regular office attendance in London SE1 is required.
Pay and Benefits
32,000-35,000 base salary
Up to 10,000 on-target earnings

Key Duties
Carry out outbound prospecting via calls and email
Identify and qualify new opportunities
Engage retail stakeholders and introduce the company's solutions
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Assist in developing repeatable sales processes
Work alongside senior team members as responsibilities grow
Candidate Profile
Experience in outbound sales or cold calling
Able to manage a high volume of prospecting activity
Interested in working in a developing and growing business environment
Willing to learn and adjust as processes evolve
Able to work at the London SE1 office 3-5 days per week
