30Seconds Group is a leading digital indoor media company in the UK, delivering targeted brand exposure through a network of screens in the entrance foyers, lift lobbies, communal areas of residential, office and commercial buildings.
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist - China Brand Partnerships to lead marketing and sales efforts targeting prominent Chinese brands entering and are already in the UK, such as Haier, Hisense, BYD, and Airlines (plz delete if n/a or replace with brands that 30 Seconds Group wish to target). Leveraging 30Seconds Group's innovative indoor media solutions, you will assist clients maximise advertising opportunities in the UK, own the client relationships using your strong business network and cultural insight within the Chinese business community.
Business Account Manager - China Brand Partnerships
Key Responsibilities:
? Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities with Chinese brands operating in or are actively preparing to enter the UK market
? Develop a focused strategy tailored to Chinese business, aligned with their marketing goals
? Cultivate trusting business relationship with brand decision-makers (e.g. CEO, marketing heads, founders), communicating 30Seconds Group's core value to the targeted market
? Leverage existing business networks to effectively provide 30Seconds Group's digital indoor media solutions
? Organise and lead client presentations and solution demos in Mandarin or English as appropriate.
? Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing
? Act as a cultural and strategic liaison between overseas clients and internal delivery teams
? Work closely with the internal products team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
? Provide excellent client service through performance reporting and regular engagement
? Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets from the Chinese market segment.
Requirements:
? Over five years of business development experience in the media solutions industry.
? Demonstrated success in generating sales leads and closing deals with Chinese clients in the UK market is highly desirable.
? It is preferred that the successful candidate brings an existing client base or a strong network of potential clients to help develop the firm's business
? Native level Mandarin and fluency in English.
? Familiarity with the business culture of Chinese companies and the ability to communicate effectively.
? Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
? A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
? Knowledge of the UK advertising landscape.

Pay: 40,000.00-43,000.00 per year
