Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ayrshire for a General Company Manager at Howford Hydraulics Ltd. The General Company Manager will oversee daily operations, manage company resources, and ensure the overall efficiency and profitability of the organization. Responsibilities will include monitoring and improving operational systems, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and leading a team of professionals. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers , ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications



Strong leadership and management skills with experience in hydraulics industry a must have Proficiency in operational systems and processes including Sage Experience in budget management and financial oversight Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the hydraulics industry necessary Proven ability to drive improvements and facilitate change Management buy-in considered to right candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 44,500.00-64,060.98 per year
