Smart Group are a small Electrical Contractor who specialise ins Commercial and Industrial Electrical Installations along side of Fire, Security and Data Infrastructure whilst the team is fairly small we are growing at a rapid rate and are looking for an individual to come on board to help grow the business and bring more clients and work in and help run the business
Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyse customer data.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for all parties.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation's offerings.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a similar industry.
Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using Tradify or comparable CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of market analysis, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
