Company & Position Summary

:

XP Surveys is a dynamic building measurement and topographical survey business. The XP Group has grown dramatically since being established in 2018. We offer the highest quality of measured surveys to the standard that professional architects expect. We deliver on average 20 surveys a month to our array of client base; architects, surveyors, contractors, home builders and homeowners. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to manage and grow with the business. The team already consists of the two Founders, a Business Development Manager, Managing Surveyor and two Surveyors.

Main Duties:

Managing the business operations day to day Acting as first point of contact, both email and calls Quoting and bookings Managing diaries, events, site visits, staff, equipment hire and external contractors Accounts, invoice and staff expenses management (in Xero) Managing databases, CRM and filing systems Liaising with staff, suppliers, partners and clients Client management and building successful relationships HR and team management Weekly team meetings / growth strategy contribution Managing social media and outbound marketing (newsletter, email campaigns, graphics, etc.) Managing office utilities Networking event planning

Essentials:

Must be able to work from the Henley-on-Thames office, flexible working can be discussed at interview stage Must be able to drive and visit sites / client meetings / events as required

Discretion and trustworthiness Ability to take on responsibility and make decisions Strong communication & organisational skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Technologically savvy with good working knowledge in Google Suite preferable

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
