Freelance Business & Operations Manager

to support our daily operations, oversee finances, and explore new growth opportunities as we scale.

Role Overview

This is a

flexible freelance role

for a commercially minded and highly organised professional. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, liaising with accountants, maintaining financial records, and identifying opportunities for growth and investment. You'll also oversee aspects of our live commerce and social media activity, ensuring smooth operations across sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Finance

Liaise with the accountant and maintain accurate sales, purchase, and finance records. Prepare regular financial and performance reports. Ensure operational efficiency in day-to-day business activities.

Business Development

Research and identify new business opportunities (partnerships, collaborations, resale channels). Assist in preparing investment materials and supporting fundraising activities. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive insights.

Live Commerce & Social Media Oversight

Support TikTok Live sales operations (either hosting directly or managing presenters). Manage scheduling and training of live presenters. Oversee social media content planning and execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in operations, business management, or a similar freelance/consulting role. Strong organisational and financial record-keeping skills. Understanding of basic finance, bookkeeping, and working with accountants. Business development experience (luxury, fashion, or e-commerce preferred). Confident communicator with ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Familiarity with TikTok/social commerce and content marketing is a plus.
