About the Role



We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven

Business Operations Manager

to support the senior team while keeping the day-to-day running like clockwork.

This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the business. You'll collaborate with our Accounts Team on

payroll, invoicing, and credit control

, liaise with suppliers, manage

financial admin

, and oversee

office operations

-- from diary management and ordering supplies to travel booking and team coordination.

You'll also support

ISO compliance and audit readiness

, and turn

CRM data into clear reports and insights

for the leadership team. You'll work closely with sales and project teams too, so no two days will ever be the same.

Key Responsibilities



Finance & Supplier Management



Manage and carryout day-to-day financial operations including invoice processing, credit control, and payroll administration. Liaise with suppliers, translators, and service providers, managing queries and ensuring timely payments. Manage relationships with agency partners such as the HR provider, accountancy firm, and IT support. Complete supplier forms, legal documentation, and maintain accurate records.

Reporting & CRM



Use CRM data to produce operational and performance reports for the senior leadership team. Provide data-driven insights to support project leads and business growth initiatives.

Audits, ISO & Compliance



Support the preparation and delivery of internal audits in line with ISO accreditation. Maintain and implement operational processes and compliance documentation across the business. Review and audit internal operations to ensure ongoing best practice and continuous improvement.

Office & Executive Support



Provide diary and travel management for the CCO, CEO, and wider leadership team. Manage office logistics, including ordering supplies, laptops, and maintaining distribution lists. Draft key documents such as award submissions, internal comms, and HR templates. Implement organisational systems and processes to drive efficiency across the team.

People & HR Coordination



Liaise with the external HR team and support managers with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, appraisals, holiday tracking, and documentation. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a consistent and professional experience.

Experience



Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in business operations, office management, or administrative roles. Solid understanding of financial processes including payroll, invoicing, and credit control Experience supporting senior executives with diary and travel coordination Comfortable using CRMs, reporting tools, and maintaining audit/compliance standards (ISO familiarity a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Experience coordinating HR processes and liaising with external HR teams
