We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Bowland Medical Practice. We are a well established training practice with a population of approximately 8,000 patients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of management and strategic planning to develop the practice. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with clinical and administrative staff as well as external stakeholders ensuring we can deliver high quality care.Main duties of the jobThe practice Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing business development, financial activities, governance and strategic development of the practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the partners to develop and deliver the business and financial strategy. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care. The position is in collaboration with the GP partners, with protected management time and our practice manager.About usBowland Medical Practice is a well-established training practice hosting GP speciality trainees and medical students. We have seven GP partners as well as employing practice nurses and allied health professionals. We have a friendly and dynamic team that is committed to providing high quality care to our local population of approximately 8,000 patients. We participate actively in research and development with RSI Level 3 accreditation.
