The Commercial and Campus Services (CCS) department is responsible for key facilities services at the university including Cleaning Services, Print Works, Hospitality, Logistics and Travel & Access.

This role will sit predominantly within the Travel & Access team supporting the administration function, responding to travel-related queries from internal and external customers to the university. You will also support the administration of the other CCS teams when required. The role is 37 hours per week Monday-Friday covering the key operational hours of 08:30- 16.30.

About you



Commercial and Campus Services is looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in a supervisory role and who has excellent customer service attributes. The successful applicant will need to have a commitment to accuracy and a willingness to learn about multiple internal and external systems.

This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week.

This post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time
