What you'll be doing
Deliver Strategic Financial Insights:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making and long-term business planning.
Lead Financial Reporting and Forecasting:
Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts, budgets, and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Drive Performance:
Identify key financial trends, investigate variances, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Commercial Business Partnering:
Act as a strategic finance partner to the Commercial Director offering financial guidance and challenge to drive growth and profitability.
Support Regulatory and Statutory Compliance:
Collaborate with reporting teams to source, analyse, and prepare financial data for statutory accounts and regulatory submissions.
What you'll need to haveQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Experience with the production of monthly financial reports, regular and ad hoc financial analysis
A skilled communicator capable of interpreting and explaining complex information to stakeholders
Proactive approach, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines, handle competing priorities and adapt to the needs of the business
Experienced and disciplined user of Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage large datasets
