Are you an experienced Business Process Analyst ready to work with a major NI organisation?Want to play a key role in major transformation projects?What's in it for you?

- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years' previous experience working as a BA mapping our current process, requirement gathering and managing workshop groups.
- Map out current key processes, source and/or prepare detailed 'as is' & 'to be' documentation.
- Map out current key processes including business performance metrics.
- Review of graduate scheme, HLA scheme and to consider training gaps for new employees that could be addressed with short training courses / work procedures.
- Design and carry out a targeted survey to try to understand key training gaps for new starts etc, engage with managers across the business.
