PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

We are seeking a detail?oriented and proactive Business Process Support professional to assist in optimising day?to?day use of our NPD Management system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving workflows, and supporting teams with high?quality reporting and documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to day support of end users with system errors and workflow process

Support business process improvement initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing projects and initiatives.

Support training activities such as preparing materials, coordinating sessions, or delivering basic process training.

Assist in maintaining process documentation including SOPs, guides, and training materials.

Collaborate with cross?functional teams / external system support to ensure smooth execution of business processes.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to support decision?making.

Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, basic analysis).

Solid PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, professional presentations.

Experience with data analysis and comfort working with large datasets.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non?technical stakeholders a cross all functions.

Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

Experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) is a plus.

Comfort working in fast?paced environments with evolving priorities.

Knowledge of the New Product development process ideally within the food industry.

Experience with training processes / creating instructional materials is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 39,191.00-48,989.00 per year
